While you were thinking yesterday about how to come into that same money you believe the neocons have and count all the time, I was listening to the opening of the Bayreuther Festspiele radio transmitted worldwide.

A new production of "Tristan & Isolde" conducted by a Japanese (from the US) and with American Robert Dean Smith as a sensational Tristan in his debut with new Swedish star Nina Stemme doing her first international and equally sensational Isolde.

Man is amazing, just thinking of the span between real creativity, like a Shakespeare, a Wagner or a Mozart - just to mention a few from the culture side - and at the very lowest end, to utter destructive behaviour such as currently demonstrated daily by what I call - vermin.
