Paul Krugmans larger problem is that he is neither a good columnist nor a good economist. He is motivated strictly by ideology. By the way, i think Kristof and Brooks are doing well at forging centrist positions over at the NYT. Brooks gets the cons angry some times and Kristoff does the same for the libs but they are both interesting reads. I wonder if you find them that way. I think the reason is that neither are ideologues like krugman. Mike
