Vasogen's problem is significantly more severe. Vasogen can't identify what their drug is; what the mechanism is; or what dose they're giving a patient. Generally, prior to drug approval, the FDA requires an applicant to identify everything that's in the drug being delivered to a patient. Vasogen can't even begin to provide that answer. Call me crazy, but I see that as a problem...
