If you are an investor looking to put money into software companies where would you put it now ? Since a lot of stocks have recovered and have actually gained quite a bit, I'd say look for beaten down stocks with strong balance sheet (ton of cash), new or atleast competitive technology, new alliances and some sense of improvement to marketing position etc. Throw in a chance of take over and I'd say this one will be discovered pretty soon by big money (although institutional morons tend to start to notice when the stock has already moved 75-100% from the lows)
