Your numbers make it clear those are minority views. We can all agree that the minority of Muslims who would support terrorism deserve complete condemnation. If Graham had said up front there is a minority of Muslims committing these dastardly acts that should be condemned by all Muslims, no one would have disagreed. After the Civil War, all blacks in America were fellow citizens. Many white communities had majorities who didn't flinch when they were murdered arbitrarily and knew more would be killed. It's a bad phase we finally got over by condemning hatred and prejudice.
