DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 9, 1997--Filling a key executive position for ACTV Inc.'s (NASDAQ:IATV) Southwest digital regional network, Phillip Mallios has been named Vice President, Affiliate Relations. The announcement was made by Dick Barron, Vice President and General Manager ACTV Southwest, to whom Mallios will report.
In a unique agreement which underscores the close working relationship between FOX Southwest and ACTV, Mallios will also continue to fulfill his responsibilities as Director of Affiliate Sales for FOX Southwest until his replacement is named.
