You're misrepresenting my question by extracting only part of it.

You're not alone. There have been a number of accusations of people being paid to post on SI. I've yet to see any proof, direct or indirect that such a thing is happening. Did I miss the justifications or is this just one of the ad hominem attacks that's currently in fashion?

The first three sentences set the context.

1. You're not the only one that has made that claim.
2. Multiple accusations of people being paid, i.e., not just geode.
3. No proof offered that anyone is being paid.

So the context of the question is whether there is any proof that anyone is being paid?
