My Opinion; MRVC splits then Lucent buys MRVC 1 for 1 next year. Lucent cant make any aquisitions by a pooling of intrests untill sept or oct 98. In the meantime there are about 50 institutions eager to buy your shares. The next flip or sell stop might be ones last. Last year during interop MRVC Was as high as 29. The company has doubled REVs and NET income since then so why shouldnt we trade as high as 58. Prospects for the company seem as bright as any time in the past. Earnings and estimates should continue to climb.Industry Pundits say Per port growth is expected to grow at 100% for the next three years. The NBASE IP switch won first place in tests conducted in europe. The company has always made shrewd inexpensive,acreative aquisitions. OEM relationships are expanding with INTEL,FUJITSU,NEWBRIDGE as new products flood the pipeline. Not one relationship accounts for more than 7% of their buisness; so we dont have too much dependancy on any one customer. KOVICH p.s. 10 day crossed through the 50 day moveing average today. Made me buy more.
