Mexico's governments have lived off their people so long as there has been a Mexican history. It would be nice if they had a responsible government that did its part to improve its lot. Having a rich neighbor like the USA next door to be a trading partner is a boon to them, but they dont seem capable of working out their problems. That being said, I doubt many American jobs are STOLEN by Mexicans. We live in such a high tech society today, takes a lot of education to compete. jdn
