If it's log base 10, then you can take the value and use it as 10 exp (your value)

so: 10^1.6 = 39.8

10^1.84 = 69.18

So there was between a 39.8 and 69.18 fold decrease in viral load. For perspective, if the hypothetical initial value was 100, then a 39.8 fold decrease would take it to a final value of 2.51, and a 69.18 fold decrease would take it to 1.45.
