Yes, victors write the history books. Why read books written by the losers ? " political crooks to squander in all sorts of killing activities all around the world." We need OMB to make sure they get more cost effective. We should consider outsourcing some of this work, like the British did with the Gurhkas. Besides cost, there seems to be some unneccessary killing. Maybe next year there will be some of the motivational posters on the walls at the CIA with messages like - " Is this hit really neccessary ? Use tax dollars wisely. "
