Are we allowed to put this in to any kind of perspective? What percentage of the city of London is 50? What percentage of the UK? My father was shot by a mass killer- but that doesn't mean if you asked me about the threat posed by mass killers that I would say it's very great (and even if I DID say it, unless the numbers bore me out, you shouldn't listen to me)
. You've got a very small chance of being killed, with a gun, by someone you don't know.

When allocating resources surely we must look to the scale of a threat, rather than ask victims what they think.

I know it's an emotional subject for people, but my husband goes through London quite a bit now, and I'm not very worried, and he's not worried at all. I'd take my children there again in a minute.
