So true. Can throw much of my academic studies out the window as it is a ticket to the poor house in this day and age of the inmates running the asylum. If someone would have told me 10 years ago that a stock could go up 50 fold in a year and then go bankrupt the following year or some condos would have gone up 7 fold in a decade I'd have thought they were totally nuts<g>
