I'd say our defeat in Somalia was a great recruiting tool, because it demonstrated to the terrorists America's "cut-n-run" attitude.

And let's not forget the multiple times Osama struck and killed American citizens without any response from Clinton. (Cruise missiles hitting empty tents don't count.) Talk about more encouraging developments for the terrorists.

And of course, let's not forget about Clinton's sexual indiscretions in the Oval Office, which told the terrorists that America is nothing more than a weak, decadant, sex-crazed society that needs to be brought down by any means necessary.

Lots of ways you can apply your definition of a "weapon," Al.
