No they won't. I don't have one. I took advantage of the opportunities offered by our capitalist system, instead of pissing and moaning like you, and I was able to retire early. The only way the Vietnamese get my wealth is invade which would be a very bad mistake.
You also left out a great deal of history in your simplistic fairy tale. First of all, East Germany was absorbed by West Germany, not the other way around. There actually was a law on the books in West Germany anticipating reunification. But WEST GERMANY, the capitalist state, was where the prosperity was. You know it and so does everyone else. East Germany was a polluted pigsty that the West Germans have paid hundreds of billions of marks to clean up.
On the Vietnam question, you left out ALL the history from the forcible reunification (conquest) by arms carries out by the North to the death of Ho Chi Minh, the sadistic founder of the North Vietnamese Communist state. It was very ugly until he did the only sensible thing of his life and died. His successors, noting the roaring non-success that Vietnam was, began the conversion of the state away from socialism and towards capitalism. Actually, crony kleptocracy capitalism would be a closer description. As they did so, Vietnam became more economically successful.
