If you like post Kerry's ENTIRE speech before congress in 1971, and pay special attention to his words introducing what he's saying and why he's saying it. Those words prove the smearvets lied and tried to turn his shocking testimony into the opposite of what it really was. It was an indictment of the Nixon policy-makers and top brass, never-ever the troops. Just the opposite. The troops were the victims of a war gone amok and insane.

After you read his introduction, then you can apologized to Kerry, as Charles Colson did from prison, for smearing him and distorting his noble intentions.

Blessed are the peacemakers. Vietnam like Iraq was started based on a big lie and poor preparation. Vietnbam by 1971 was also already a completely lost cause which 70% of Americans wanted to end.
