Well, if a certain percentage of pizza parlor proprietors engage in real estate speculation during a real estate bubble, which possibly allows them to temporarily survive collapsing margins in the food business, then i think a discussion of pizza parlors would qualify under the subject of "real estate bubble". This bubble is so big that it permeates all aspects of economy.
