A casual dining chain I am familiar with has margins of about 80% on pizza, and about 90% on beer, but only on the beer they brew themselves. Reselling bottles of beer they buy elsewhere have much lower margins. I don't know their margins on mixed drinks or soda. They never brag about their soda margins, maybe that has to do with free refills.
