Several millionaires told me just up until a few weeks ago the bond market made them feel easy - this week they say bonds may not be so good an investment for the future - hehe. I can't see protecting the dollar as being a mission of our fed - fighting inflation and keeping growth is their directive no? If it is keeping political/military control of oil or protecting the dollar - I don't have much hope for the dollar. Why would protecting the dollar be in the dems agenda? a weaker dollar will help all thier poor voters get jobs no? Why would protecting the dollar be in the repubs agenda? Protecting the dollar helps who and hurts who?
