We had disagreed on the other guy's handling earlier (the shot electrician). The more details I read about the case, I'm coming around to the idea that maybe it should have been dealt with differently, and you're probably right in that regard. The latest Taser capture also influences that decision somewhat, though rightly one might presume that Taser wasn't readily available in the "heat of the moment" on that date and minute.
