they have been using and buying tasers for quite some time. i think it was the result of poor supervision , top level giving commands to hold off on grabbing this guy until he headed for tube . then all hell broke loose costing this guy his life. interesting the guy they got today had a bomb belt strapped to his waist. ps i owned taser stock and am losing my shirt.
