Actually, having Bo on your side is a detriment. He always comes off as a buffoon on the Imus show. I don't know if he plays a buffoon or is a buffoon. I do think he's funnier than Hell, in an I'm laughing at him, not with him sort of way. I haven't quite figured out how nukes work in response to terrorism. If survivalists from Wyoming pop a nuke in Oklahoma City, do we take out Cheyenne with a big boomer? It seems very similar to me. You're sure to get some bad guys but collateral damage would be pretty gruesome. Also, the tactical nukes in Afghanistan would surely leak radiation over to India, Paki and the other Stans. That wouldn't be great.
