Cheney refused to enlist time and again. Bolton wrote in his 25 yr high school reunion notice that he avoided the Vietnam conflict because it was a lost cause in which he didnt' want to die. Though Karl Rove's lottery number - 1969 for 19 yr olds, which he was (born dec 25, 1950) was 84! By rights, he should have gone! Instead, he jumped from college to college, because he kept failing - in order to sustain a college deferment. He is ultimately a bullying coward.
