He is ultimately a bullying coward.>> They did away for college deferments when they went to the stick everyone in the draft in '69. That year it wasn't just for 19 year olds, everyone of draft age got included on that draft. After that it was the numbers thing for 18 year olds and then the all volunteer armed forces.
