Bush's cronies 90% control the price of oil, yes. Bush's cronies include the Saudi royals, Kuwaitis, Exxon, Chevron, and all the big Texan firms. Together they have raped and pillaged US and world consumers to their heart's content the the day after Bush-Cheney were first nominated. And now Bush wants we the taxpayers to pay them to drill for more. Just as we paid for them to invade Iraq and take the oilfields.

But what do we get for all our money? Nothing. Just double the price of gas from Clinton's days.
