Decided to take another 1/3 of my GOOG shares off the table (now left with just 1/3 of my original position). And I've put the proceeds in another admittedly speculative play. (Since I don't do options, it's my version of the lottery! <vbg>) Do you recall SQM? I think you and I had discussed this Chilean company a while back (as well as the Canadian company POT if I recall).
Beautiful chart except for one fairly major glitch -- almost nonexistent volume. Generally I stay away from stocks when the volume is this measly, but I like the chart so much -- I decided (after some vacillation) to give it a go. Just a small position.

In case you're curious (I was!) SQM, according to S&P, is "the world's only natural nitrate producer and the largest iodine producer worldwide." Of particular interest, they produce lithium for lithium ion batteries.
We'll see how this one goes.
