Your definition of "g" as giggle makes me <g>.

This has always been (for males, at least) short for "grin." You can then say what might otherwise be seen as menacing without your audience seeing it as a threat, Naked Ape-style.

On a more serious note, I think you're being too bearish in your semi forecast because of the communications infrastructure market, which is going to penetrate a lot of Third Worldish places a lot faster than consumer electronics did. But I agree the market is still too optimistic to make long-term holding a good idea. I'm trading in and out and buying special situations and baby-with-the-bathwater companies, or at least I was a few weeks ago.
