I am not sure it was doby and it could be that even if it was him/her he/she just does not see PYT as a 10 and rated it a 7 which would have reduced the Sentiment rating by .6 from 9.9 to 9.3 as there were only 40 votes in at the time. I think that everyone just needs to be aware that this is like an auto dealership customer service questionaire the answer suggested is alway 10.0 and if you do not rate it a 10.0 then you are losing ground.
