EPS would have been 2-3 cents better if the outstanding shares hadn't increased from 132 mil last year to 140 mil this(6%). Something I don't see mentioned. I think when 4th quarter comes around, things will be equal again (140 mil in 4th qtr last year). They just need to stop issuing more shares! 4th quarter and forward things should look better gg
