They will recieve phase 11 and phase 111,and can be add ons.Their backlog is now $25mm,they have added 2 new key employees,1 to come on board in near future.Ms.Geraldine Mantel,formerly Director of Cardiovascular Dept at MRK.She was very responsible for 3 of MRK's major drugs,Mevacor,Zocor,and Pepsid.Why did she join them?

There will be new business forthcoming with majors,and for the first time we will know who.They have hired Pepper-Hamilton-Sheets a major law firm to help with their NASDAQ listing,hopefully in 30 days.They have hired Arthur Andersen as their acctg firm.All major changes.
