today's WSJ article about Chrysler making "plastic cars" for China has implications for Zoltek. Zoltek did meet with General Motors last year in regard to developing a prototype lightweight outershell carbon fiber car. i called Zolt's V.P. Finance at the time to discuss this situation, and he said they were exploring different methods of fastening the carbon sheets together as a method had not been developed. i'm surprised i haven't heard any discussion on this thread about this developing situation.

carbon fiber is much stronger than plastic, and as light weight. i suppose that some of the upturn in Zoltek of late is due to Rumy's further discussions with both G.M. and Chrysler relative to car parts, i..e., brakes, and eventually the outer shell.

glad i got back this co at $39 and $42. should have bought more yesterday the way the r.s. is behaving
