NEWS: I talked with Heather Kerwin, VP of Investor Relations at Premier Funding & Financial Marketing Services LLC, and more importantly Brian Robertson, CEO of IMPG this morning. Specifically I inquired as to the GUL Mining acquisition regarding any surveys conducted of the properties and whether any data would be forcoming regarding the specifics of the properties in Cambodia. He indicated that: 1) He could confirm that there are five "prime" mining properties in the GUL portfolio and that initial surveys were available as part of the Due Diligence for the purchase of those leases. 2) He indicated that further public releases would be forthcoming "fairly soon" to provide additional detail concerning the properties. 3) He indicated that additional property acquisition was anticipated "in other areas." 4) He indicated that additional management and support staff was being added to handle the workload as they ramp up the operations. He was most optimistic about IPMG's future value to investors calling the current share prices "very advantageous" for early investors and encouraged me to compare other miners of similar scope, such as Pacific Rim Mining, to get a feel for valuation. He seemed very open to further dialogue and indicated there was a substantial amount of information in the pipeline in the coming months. In talking with Heather Kerwin, I confirmed that a series of interviews (street talk tv) were in process, futher Press Releases were forthcoming, and that her company was working closely with IPMG as they break into the marketplace.
