An interesting article.

His argument is valid but it doesn't address ownership of the money transferring from the government to the people.

Under the current system, when my wife and I die all of that money goes to the government; my kids get nothing.

With privatization, my SS becomes part of my estate.

That is what I and many others want. It is our money and we should have a choice.
