Going to war for Exxon et al PLUS we pay them for the privilege of going to war for them. AmericanFascism wins again!

You'd think that sending the entire country to war (not to mention footing the bill) for ExxonMobil et al would be enough. Not so! They also need cash payments because the $32 billion windfall cash they have isn't enough for them.

Theft. Pure theft. Legalized theft. Is it any wonder that the US of A is slipping into second class status.

The bill gives the lion's share of the $14.5 billion in tax breaks and incentives (about $9 billion) to traditional oil, gas, coal and electricity companies over 10 years. Less than $5 billion is earmarked to promote renewable sources of energy, energy efficiency and cleaner-burning vehicles....

Lawmakers rejected higher standards under pressure from the automobile industry, arguing that such requirements would necessitate new designs that would make vehicles less safe and would lead to losses of manufacturing jobs...
