We are all different Sun but you cant own the term conservative anymore than you can own liberal. I consider myself a progressive first and i am all over the lot on my views. I am pro-life in my own life but pro-choice. I am a supply sider and think the traditional balance the budget uber alles folks are all wet. I am for conservation of energy and think both parties energy policies are all wet. On FP i am still a realist though they rope me with Wilsonian rhetoric whether from Woody or Bush. I consider democrats largely reactionary just like the republicans were re: FDR.
Give me new policies and i will happily consider them. I fully expect to vote democratic again sooner rather than later. With the exception of McCain and Giuliani, i think stronger candidates are dems like biden, hillary, bayh. I hate the left wing and self righteous dean and disingenous kerry and pompous al. But i like Hillary because she is a pols pol. Mike
