From Briefing.com MTSN Mattson Tech adopts poison pill (8.62 +0.02) Co says plan is designed so that all MTSN holders get the full value of their investment in the event of an unsolicited takeover. MTSN says pill adoption was not in response to, or in contemplation of, any proposal to acquire the company and is not intended to deter fair offers.
