Sharky, I suggest you call Tom Megas tomorrow AM in the UK @ 011 44 7876 354 025 and get the whole story. It's quite the drama I assure you. It's a case of corporate identity fraud committed by Mario Pino and crew, but Megas is fighting back. He has taken care of the phony corporate documents filed with the NV SOS, and just today he blasted Bluesky-IR (Bluesky has resigned from representing BCIT as of this afternoon) who was hired by the fraudsters, and put out the phony PRs about the venezuelan Gold/Diamonds, etc.. He has been in contact with the SEC over this mess. His next target is market maker SACM who has been dumping the phony paper for Pino and crew. Its going to get interesting over the next few days.. Art2Gecko is a pretty sharp Dude from iHub......... John :-) .
