I'm trying to ease back in slowly at prices under .40. We'll see how that works out over the next year. I still expect this company to be bought out if the Aquitrek Division performs anywhere near as expected (IF?). I have been seeing some odd size blocks trading so I suspect some holders are giving up here. Capitulation may not be a bad sign. Now if the insiders would resume their buying and Dutton could raise their price guidance the reversal could get underway. Right now the MM's are having their way and getting reloaded at lower prices.

I am very suspicious of the previous upgrade by Dutton with lower price guidance at the same time. Too me that smells like a tactic to get some more sellers to the plate. If they do get taken out, Dutton is clean because they raised guidance. Even though they really lowered guidance when they dropped the target to .65. Smells like 3 day old fish to me. Then again - since Dutton is a paid tout - they may just be trying to earn their money. Everything may be on the up and up.

Sure - in the securities industry - things above board - RIGHT! And I'm a native Indian Jet Pilot if that's the case.
