It appears that he attributes his errors to confusion and misspeaking to reporters.

That article makes a good case for his conduct being something more serious. However it is obviously a one sided account. If he intentionally lied about the conduct of our government, and if those lies can be tied to anything that has damaged the effectiveness of government operations, he should be prosecuted. Why hasn't he been charged?

Since he is not currently subject to any indictments, I have a hard time just accepting the strong allegations that he intentionally lied to bring down the office of presidency.
