Thanks for the response. I agree with your observations re ValueLine. But from your post, it seems you simply look at price charts and pick the stocks that have been slammed, and then try to pick the bottom...all without regard to <<NO fundamentals, NO earnings, no "news/stories/scenarios", and have no emotional attachments nor reactions....>> This seems both bizarre and simplistic, to say the least. Finding stocks that have been slammed is easy enough...But if you get no input from news,etc, how can you rationally attempt to predict a turn around?? I'm always willing to consider/study any tool that will help make money in the market, but your approach sounds like nothing I've ever heard...except the Darts approach in the WSJ.
