The Pope articulates the doctrine of a Jewish person who is regarded as the Son of God. That has nothing to do with any nationality. Israel does not follow the doctrines of Christ. I personally thought from the beginning the stink made by Israel over not mentioning a specific event was ludricrous. The surface implication of your one liner that is interpreted as the Pope is German and thus anti-Semitic is assinine in total.
