[ DMT for VDSL a dumb idea ?] I worry sometimes that AMTX is a solution (DMT) looking for a problem--ADSL/VDSL/ whatever. Given the relatively smaller octave range for VDSL services, I can understand why CAP/QAM or a variation on these might be considered. Is AMTX really serious about providing a product for VDSL or just in pushing their DMT solutions. Remember AWRE and DWMT--the only reason they pushed it is because they were good at it. Just MHO. j.
