I doubt it. It costs ten bucks to go to Taco Bell for two. For ten bucks, Kristel and I can eat a full course meal at home.

I didn't say that the dinner eaten out would be as good as the home cooked dinner. But it is still dinner, and it takes a lot less time shopping and cooking for those who are pressed for time. The tradeoff of Mom works, and the family eats out on most weeknights seem to be one lots of people are taking. It's doing nothing good for American nutritional habits, since many of the meals are fast food, but there you are.
