I don't know who you are going to talk to but here's my questions. Why would SEXI use 10 million? shares to buy Lazer Tek? Are they looking into 3D video conferencing - possible? or do they just want the revenue from the art. How do they plan on competing with an IBM on 3D data storage? - how could they? Where is the reseach money coming from? What will SEXI's quarterly/annual reports look like with these new companies? What kind of revenue will they provide? If it's 10 million what's the bottom line to SEXI. What will SEXI be getting out of these recent acquisition in fiscal 1996 compared to the earnings per share dillution faced by stockholders. So far sexi has approx. $400,000? in current revenue with 7 months to go in fiscal 1996, do they still plan on reaching $41 million with $10.8m in net income? Where did they get 10.8 million from, why not 10m? They must have a profit margin and expense breakdown, what are some percentages? Aloha
