It would be disgraceful That's no barrier for Bush. lied to congress... He "forgot". It's easy to slip the mind the small details like testifying. Meetings ... testifying ... it all blends together when you're a busy guy. Bush hasn't had much luck with his appointees and their memories. Steve Hadley forgot to mention that the Iraq/Niger fallacy to Condi. Condi forgot to read the report. George Tenet forgot it when he reviewed the State of the Union. John Roberts can't remember whether he was a member of the Federalist Society, was on the steering committee, or even payed membership dues and now Bolton forgot that he gave testimony. jttmab
