Bush always promotes liars, cheaters and failures, so l,ong as they are loyal to him. check the record. It's a long list. What is Condi Rice doing as Secretary Of State? She muffed security before 9-11 and did nothing, refused to apologize to the 9-11 victim families, then lied to us about WMD's. It's not just her skin color, it's that she lied for Bush. That means she deserves a big promotion.
