I believe a child begins at conception. When do you think it occurs? You probably think that a bearded old Jew in a white robe, up in some mystical "Heaven," injects a "soul" at the moment of conception. I don't. I was this provocative to demonstrate just why we don't discuss this subject on the thread. It always ends up causing bad feelings. I personally feel that a abortion is a tragedy that is best left to the person involved and her relatives and friends. The law is about where we need to be. There is no "perfect" solution. Let's please leave this subject alone.
