Evening

Bought some shares of CGHI and basically forgot about them.

Read recently about the possibility of a buyout as high as
possibly a dollar.

I would like to add more.

However, don't want to if there is a date by which shares must be owned to be a part of the buy out.

Do you know if there is a restriction on time----I guess you would call it a record date.
