My wife subscribed a while back to the magazine "Cooking Light"

They have great looking recipes that are lower in fat and calories.

Problem I have is most of their recipes involve 10 or more ingredients, some of which are quite esoteric and will not be used again.

For that reason, I don't generally try their recipes.
