John: Well-reasoned reply to my reply... A monthly newsletter, 'Closed-End Fund Digest,' reports several CEF stats including a 52-week-average premium or discount percentage. In July (before my subscription expired) the 52-week-average premium for TC was reported at 3.43% and 6.50% for TTF.
